Information Collection and Use

We need your personal, financial information only to implement your subscription process with us. Your personal information is collected just to identify you, financial information is collected to complete the payment procedure when you subscribe with us and computer information to link your computer with ours. All such information of yours is never shared with any third party other than Global PC Helpline. We assure to keep your information secure and unshared. In case you face any difficulty with the communication process or do not want to share any information, please inform us. Please pay attention to what information which we collect:

  • Personal Information: We need the information that identifies you personally and can be used to contact you at a later point of time. Such details will include name, last name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other appropriate details.
  • Financial Information: Such details are provided by you and are sent to the bank directly. These details are used to process your payments towards Global PC Helpline. We does not collect any credit/debit card information of our customers.
  • Computer Information: Our online tools need certain information about your computer before successfully connecting your PC to ours. This information includes your computer name, brand, type, operating system, hardware and software details. We do not publish, sell or distribute your information. Your information is used to identify you, fix your PC issues and to execute your payment procedure. Unless specifically required, we do not share your information with our affiliates or business partners. Even if it is shared it is made sure that you can’t be identified personally and also your prior consent is taken. Please note that only on request; this information can be made available to government agencies as suited or to protect Global PC Helpline from any potential law suit or legal proceedings. Please be assured that your information will never be misused by Global PC Helpline.

We never share your information

Your information will never be shared with any one unless legally required as mentioned above but in that case also we will take your prior consent or inform you in advance.

Remote Access

While requesting support you may request for the problem to be resolved by enabling Global PC Helpline technicians to have access to and take control of your computer. Global PC Helpline uses software tools which enable you to grant control of your computer to an Global PC Helpline technician remotely over the Internet. This allows the Global PC Helpline technician to diagnose or correct problems without ever coming to the location of your computer.

Global PC Helpline does not use the Remote Access software to access and control your computer without your consent and we request that you remain present when our technicians are doing so.

Global PC Helpline technicians are trained in the use of this software and we take steps to limit access to confidential or sensitive information stored on user computer or network, avoid deliberate destruction of information on user computers or networks, and help avoid system problems. Global PC Helpline maintains specific internal policy and technical controls to limit how and whether our remote access tools may be used to assist you.

Security

We are trying our best to secure your data and we use a variety of security technologies, as well as administrative, managerial, and physical safeguards, to help protect personal information and other data we receive from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No data transmissions, or even the physical transfer of information, can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot fully eliminate all security risks associated with personal information and technical mistakes are possible. Therefore, we do not ensure or warrant the security of any data or information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.

Cookies

We do not use cookies and web beacons. We track the customer on “Server Site” by using sessions only. There are no other tracking technologies being used by Global PC Helpline.
